Cobal Industries Ltd. was founded in 2021 by four brothers. Together, we embarked on a house flipping project where we purchased, renovated, and sold properties throughout the Tri-Cities and Lower Mainland. This passion project quickly escalated into a full-scale renovation company. As we worked with an increasing number of demolition specialists, we discovered our love for demolition in particular. Which has brought us here: the forming of a new company specializing in commercial and residential demolition services. From selective and total demolition to structure and drywall demolition, our vast and varied experience working in every sector of the construction industry allows us to offer high quality, cost-effective solutions to our clients.
Proudly BC owned and operated, our family-run business is fully licensed and equipped to provide total demolition, selective demolition, and abatement services throughout the Tri-Cities, New Westminster, Burnaby, Maple Ridge, Langley, and beyond. As a company founded on familial values, we do not take our clients’ trust in us lightly.
